Camp Arena Stage Vocal Instructor
Arena Stage’s multi-arts summer day camp seeks a dynamic, high-energy instructor to teach voice to ages 8 to 15 this summer. Instructor plans and teaches four exciting, daily singing classes.
Instructor should be able to teach show choir, a cappella and solo voice. Other styles of singing are also welcome! An accompanist is provided.
Instructor also participates fully in camp events and acts as a group leader to a small group of campers. Successful applicant has proven skills in engaging approaches to music instruction and has experience working with young people.

Qualifications: Instructors must be able to plan and teach their own curriculum. Current instructors have their degrees and/or professional credits and affiliations. However, exceptions may be made for promising new teaching artists or outstanding undergraduate applicants entering their senior year.
Seven weeks, full-time from June 19 through August 5, 2017
