Add or cancel a shift

Ushers wishing to change their usher dates should fill out the form below. All exchanges should be received within 48 hours of the date you’d like to exchange out of or into, whichever comes first.

Please include your patron ID number, your evening telephone number, the name of the play you are canceling, the date you are canceling and one date you wish to change to. Please fill out a form for each account if there is more than one account holder.

Please consult the calendar on our website or the Audience Handbook that was sent to you with your usher schedule for the times and dates when shows are taking place.
