Foundation Support
Grants from foundations directly support Arena’s dedication to the production, presentation, development and study of American Work through annual support of main stage productions, the American Voices New Play Institute and Arena’s Community Engagement division that annually addresses the arts education needs of more than 20,000 underserved school-aged children from around the greater Washington, DC area.
Depending on a foundation’s funding priorities, grants can be given for general operating expenses or earmarked for a particular annual or campaign initiative.
Arena would be happy to explore any of those opportunities with you to create a proposal that would best fit the priorities and needs of both the foundation and Arena Stage.
